Meet Pasquale Cardinale

Pasquale joins Additive as Group Director, Creative, and will be responsible for managing our creative team and continuing to elevate and expand our design and digital portfolio.

Specializing in brand development, employee engagement and digital user experience, Pasquale is a passionate visual communicator who applies design thinking and management strategies to develop results-driven communications.

Pasquale has over fifteen years of experience creating engaging, smart and visually compelling experiences that strengthen understanding, build loyalty and inspire action in consumers and employees. Pasquale has worked for national and global clients like BASF, American Express, Anthem and Girl Scouts.

Meet Rachel Bauer

Rachel joins us as Associate Director, Strategy, and will be responsible for uncovering breakthrough insights for our clients and developing strategies and stories that drive business and social impact.

She has a passion for understanding people and how they think and behave, which she uses to help organizations effectively engage and inspire stakeholders and amplify their impact. At Siegel+Gale, she worked on large research and strategy initiatives for brands such as MIT Sloan School of Management, Rotary International, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Flywheel. At BuzzFeed, she helped Fortune 500 brands and nonprofits execute their marketing strategies by harnessing audience, content and product insights.

In her free time, Rachel designs a line of handmade metal jewelry that explores the intersection of the organic and architectural.
