With a $4 million grant from the American Cancer Society, our partners at Mount Sinai are launching the Cancer Health Research Center — advancing groundbreaking research and expanding access to cancer treatment. The Center will work with community scientists, advisory networks and partner organizations to close gaps in cancer prevention, screening, treatment and support across New York City.
By leveraging community-driven research to address the social factors that influence health and by delivering culturally responsive services, Mount Sinai is showing how research can meet people where they are — and save more lives in the process. Learn more here.
