BroSis is Making Space for Young People to Transform Lives and Communities

The New York Times recently revisited The Brotherhood Sisterhood Sol (BroSis) three years after opening its new headquarters in Harlem. What they found was inspiring:  a youth organization that has deepened its commitment to Black and Latinx youth — and become a beacon in an uncertain moment.

In a city where the average high school graduation rate for Black and Latinx students is 80%, BroSis reaches 100%. Nationally, only 18% of first-generation Black and Latinx college students earn bachelor’s degrees within six years; at BroSis, that number is closer to 90%.

The new headquarters, which served as a catalyst for our collaboration with BroSis to clarify their brand story, furthers the organization’s bold aim to make space young people to transform their lives and their communities. With its innovative design and wraparound programming, the building is more than a structure — it’s a hub where justice, education and community thrive.

As BroSis continues to educate, organize and train young people across generations, we’re proud to have helped shape a brand that reflects their bold vision to challenge inequity and champion opportunity for all.  Read the New York Times feature here.
