Happy 100th Anniversary, Easterseals!

Easterseals, the largest nonprofit healthcare organization in the United States, officially turns 100 today. Every day, its 72 affiliates connect people of all ages and abilities to the resources they need to live, learn, work and play in communities across the country.

To honor 100 years of impact — and define a clear path forward for the next 100 and beyond — Easterseals has been bringing people together to celebrate in big, bold ways.  To kick off the year, the organization featured its first-ever float in the annual Rose Parade, with a 20-foot-tall birthday cake. On April 21 and 22, landmarks across North America, including the Empire State Building, Los Angeles International Airport and Niagara Falls, will light up orange to celebrate Easterseals’ 100th birthday, showing support and impact on a national scale. Easterseals also launched a giving day to help them achieve their goal of creating a future where every one of us is 100% included and 100% empowered.
