Hayley Berlent Elected to Democracy Works Board

Additive is excited to share that Hayley has been elected to the Board of Directors of Democracy Works, a nonpartisan nonprofit organization on a mission to help America vote. Democracy Works builds tools and technology for voters and election officials alike, partnering with states, nonprofits, college campuses and corporations to increase voter access and turnout.

“I’m humbled and honored to serve on the board,” Hayley said. “It’s so important to have trusted tools and technologies that fuel voter participation, and the support necessary so that every one of us can make our voice heard.”

Over the last decade, Democracy Works’ offerings have expanded beyond TurboVote, their flagship tool, to include the Voting Information Project, How to Vote, Ballot Scout, ElectionMail.org, and the Civic Alliance.

“Democracy Works is excited to welcome Hayley to our Board. Her expertise, mission alignment, and commitment will enable Democracy Works to help America vote in the 2022 midterm election cycle and beyond,” said Namita Khasat, Democracy Works’ Board Chair.
