The Council for Support and Advancement of Education, a global nonprofit dedicated to championing the role of education to transform lives and society, recently named ten Syracuse University communications touchpoints to their Circle of Excellence, an annual recognition of “outstanding work in advancement services, alumni relations, communications, fundraising, and marketing.”
Among the collateral that received top honors were admissions videos, online marketing campaigns and Syracuse University’s Brand Guidelines, which were developed in partnership with Additive. Of the guidelines, judges praised the “clean, bright and bold aesthetic” of the new branding, especially in the applications. For the second consecutive year, the university’s annual “Boost the ‘Cuse” campaign, which draw on messaging, collateral and visual identity elements developed by Additive, also received a bronze award.
